The winner(s) of the SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH will receive the following:

• You will get and all expense paid trip to Newport Beach California for a professional photo shoot. A professional make up artist, professional hair dresser, professional fashion designer, professional photographer and a professional videographer with be at hand.
• A modeling fee for you if you have already completed a smile makeover.
• 8-10 free Serenity Smiles Veneers for you if you are waiting for a smile makeover.
• Winners will be featured in various SERENITY SMILES marketing products.
• Doctor(s) will get copies of the photo shoot pictures to use for their marketing purpose.
• Doctor(s) and model will be featured as the winners on the SERENITYSMILES.NET site.
• Winners will be part of the 2009 Limited Edition Serenity Smiles Calendar.
• Winners will have the possibility of being presented in our next Serenity Smiles Video.
• Winners will travel all over the country to 6 different conventions and be featured at the Serenity Smiles booth. All expenses paid!

WHO WILL BE THE NEXT SERENITY SMILES MODEL?

Like our models from our past advertisements, you can be part of our national marketing campaign. We invite you to enter the SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH for an opportunity of a lifetime if you are selected.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER?

Anyone and everyone are encouraged to enter. There are two different scenarios of who can be entered to win the SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH.

1. A patient that has already benefited from SERENITY SMILES makeover (already restored). If you win the SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH you will be compensated for modeling rights.
2. A patient that has not been restored yet, however is seeking a smile makeover with Serenity Smiles Veneers. If you are selected as the new Serenity Smiles Model, Serenity Smiles will fabricate 8-10 Serenity Smiles Veneers free of charge and you will be assigned a Serenity Smiles dentist if you do not have a dentist yet.

YOUR PRIMARY OBLIGATION IF SELECTED

If you are selected as the next SERENITY SMILES MODEL you are obligated to attend 6 Conventions and pose for photography and video of Dental Work to be used for commercial purposes. Serenity Smiles shall assume the reasonable expenses of travel, food and lodging for Model while attending Conventions. Air travel shall be economy class. You will be required to enter into a contract that will be provided to you if you are selected as the next SERENITY SMILES MODEL.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT ENTRY

As soon as we receive your package, we will send you acknowledgement via e mail. If you do not have an e mail, enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope in your package and will mail and acknowledgement to you.

Note: Please keep copies of your images as entry pictures will not be returned.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

We will announce the winner(s) on our website on January 31, 2009. If you are selected you will be contacted by phone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I submit my entry form and pictures via e-mail?

No. In order to ensure proper handling of your entry materials, we cannot accept electronic entries.

What are the criteria the judges will use to select the winner?

We are looking for charismatic people with a healthy and confident look.

Will my entry pictures be returned?

No. Please don’t send original pictures since they will not be returned.

Is there an age limit for the models?

Yes. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Must I be a professional model?

You do not need to be a professional model but you do need to be comfortable in front of the camera and interaction with people.

Can I submit more than one entry?

Yes but you can only submit one entry per year.

Are you accepting entries from people with Veneers not made by Serenity Smiles?

Since this is a SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH, only patients that have received or will receive Serenity Smiles Veneers are eligible to enter. If you have received a smile form another lab and you are not happy with the work and are willing to receive new veneers made by Serenity Smiles you are eligible to enter.

Are you accepting entry forms from outside the USA?

Yes, The SERENITY SMILES MODEL SEARCH is an international event.
