Who We Are
Alan A. Abdo is first and foremost a comedian, quick with one-liners, always hoping to get a laugh or at least a smile-which explains his chosen profession.
Mr. Abdo was born and raised in Orange County California. After graduating in 1993 from Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach California he attended a two year dental program at the Dental Technology Institute. After completing the course he wanted to attend a more intense Dental Technology program at Pasadena City College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Science. While attending Pasadena City College he attended Cal State Fullerton to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing.
Mr. Abdo is an entrepreneur at heart and his dream was to own his own laboratory. After many years of working for some of the top Dental Labs through out Southern California he opened the doors to Serenity Smiles in January of 2007. Serenity Smiles is quickly becoming one of the leaders in the dental industry. His mission is to provide quality restorations for a reasonable price while giving the best customer service.
In his spare time Alan loves to spend time with his 3 year old daughter Amani. She has been and inspiration in his life and every day when wakes in the morning he thinks of how he can make this world better and safer place for her to live in. On the weekends you can find him playing Basketball on the beaches of Southern California. He is a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan and attends games frequently.
